Clinical Specialty Interests and Strengths
- Diabetes: All aspects of Diabetes Management including new treatments of T2DM, Insulin Pump Therapy and Continuous Glucose Sensors (Glucose Monitoring) in both Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes.
- Type 3 diabetes (diabetes secondary to endocrine conditions, pancreatitis and other pancreatic disorders).
- Complex diabetes associated with kidney diseases, chemotherapy for cancer, organ transplants, tube feeding and in hospitalised patients.
- Obesity, NAFLD, metabolic disorders, lipid disorders.
- Thyroid gland disorders.
- Endocrine hypertension.
- Disorders of calcium metabolism, parathyroid disorders, Metabolic bone diseases (osteopenia and osteoporosis), vitamin D and calcium metabolism.
- Pituitary and adrenal disorders.
- Male hypogonadism and erectile dysfunction.
